The hotel is a characterful base located very close to the city center. the location is quiet, perfect for a relaxing stay. It was convenient to have an in-house restaurant close by.

The rooms are all lovely and come with a bathtub, and the staff are very helpful and accommodating.

Pleasant views, liked peaceful and marvellous setting.

A microwave oven, an electric kettle, and fridges in my studio suite were a very thoughtful addition.

I stayed in an apartment with my family and we were pleasantly surprised by the amenities provided. The kitchen had everything we needed to cook our own meals, including an oven and toaster. The hotel's restaurant on the ground floor also served delicious and affordable Thai food. The convenient location, close to the city but in a unique area, allowed us to easily explore different parts of the city.

Minor improvements could be made, but overall, our stay was satisfactory.

I recently had a fantastic stay at this hotel in Chiang Mai. I was pleasantly surprised by the value for money, as the prices were very reasonable compared to other options in the area. Secondly, the attention to detail was impressive, especially in the rooms which were equipped with basic amenities and even a fridge. Lastly, the location was perfect, being pretty close to the center of Chiang Mai and easily accessible by taxi or yuk yuk. I was very satisfied with the service and staff at this hotel.

All aspects of my stay were excellent.

During my recent stay at Galare Thong Tower, I was pleasantly surprised by the spaciousness of the standard room. The flat screen TV and comfortable furniture made it a cozy place to relax. The staff, particularly Eric, Wanwisa, and Yim, provided excellent customer service and were always responsive to my needs. The in-house restaurant offered a variety of delicious options at reasonable prices. Additionally, the hotel's location was convenient, with nearby 7-Elevens and the Pantip Plaza for shopping. The views from the higher floors were also quite impressive, providing a nice glimpse of the city.

One drawback was the presence of a mean black dog in the area surrounding the hotel, which made me feel unsafe while walking alone. Another minor issue was the difficulty I initially encountered with the Wi-Fi, although it improved over time.

Great value, nice apartment, quick response from owners, comfy bed and sofas, nice shower, dining and office tables.

Can't fault anything about it.
